The Luxury Called Solitude
Translation
The real pleasure of traveling alone lies in the fact that you are not interfered with by anyone and can face your own inner self deeply. Disconnected from the hustle and bustle of daily life, when walking the back alleys of an unknown city, a person can, for the first time, view their own existence objectively. It is an extremely luxurious time, freed from social roles and expectations. Of course, solitude is not always sweet. There are nights when anxiety and loneliness surge in. However, it is only after overcoming that anxiety that true independence is found. Standing on one's own feet in an unknown land, making decisions, and taking responsibility—that series of processes may be the greatest educational value that travel provides to a human being.
