What the silence of the forest teaches us

Translation

When you leave the hustle and bustle of the city and place yourself in the deep forest, you realize that time flows with surprising quietness. Other than the sound of the wind swaying the leaves of the trees and the birds singing in the distance, there are no artificial sounds at all. In modern society, we are constantly exposed to some form of stimulation, and opportunities to enjoy the luxury of silence have become extremely rare. Time in the forest has a meaning beyond mere rest. It is the work of facing one's own inner self and picking up fragments of small emotions and thoughts that we overlook in our daily lives. Nature never rushes you. Just as plants grow over time, there must be scenery that we can only see by stopping. The silence of the forest not only gives deep healing to an exhausted heart, but it is also like an important mirror for re-examining oneself.
