ここ数年で、日本の会社の働き方は大きく変わりました。特に、家で仕事をする「リモートワーク」を取り入れる会社が急激に増えました。
リモートワークには、通勤時間がなくなるという大きなメリットがあります。満員電車に乗らなくていいので、ストレスが減り、家族と過ごす時間も増えました。一方で、家では仕事とプライベートの区別が難しいという悩みもあります。
