新(あたら)しい趣味(しゅみ)を探(さが)して

週末になると、いつも家で動画を見て過ごしてしまいます。これではいけないと思い、最近は新(あたら)しい趣味(しゅみ)を探(さが)すことにしました。先日(せんじつ)、近所(きんじょ)の図書館(としょかん)で料理(りょうり)の本(ほん)を借(か)りてみました。普段(ふだん)はあまり料理をしないのですが、自分(じぶん)で作(つく)った料理を食(た)べるのは楽(たの)しそうです。

まずは簡単なパスタから挑戦してみるつもりです。失敗するかもしれませんが、それも良い経験になるでしょう。新(あたら)しいことを始めるのは少し勇気がいりますが、生活に変化があると毎日がもっと楽(たの)しくなるはずです。

When the weekend comes, I always end up spending it at home watching videos. Thinking that this isn't good, I decided to look for a new hobby recently. The other day, I borrowed a cookbook from the local library. I don't usually cook much, but eating food I made myself seems fun. I intend to try with simple pasta first. I might fail, but that will also be a good experience. Starting something new takes a little courage, but if there is a change in daily life, every day should become more fun.
