日本(にほん)の会社では、名刺(めいし)交換(こうかん)がとても大切(たいせつ)です。相手(あいて)に名刺を渡す(わたす)ときは、両手(りょうて)持っ(もっ)て、相手の(ほう)向け(むけ)て渡します。そして、相手の名前(なまえ)をしっかり読み(よみ)ます。

私はまだ慣れていないので、いつもドキドキします。でも、マナーを守ることはビジネスで一番大切(たいせつ)なことの一つです。これからも練習(れんしゅう)続け(つづけ)ます。

In Japanese companies, exchanging business cards is very important. When you give a business card to someone, you hold it with both hands and face it toward them. Then, you read the other person's name carefully. I am not used to it yet, so I always feel nervous. However, following manners is one of the most important things in business.
