Translation

What do you eat every morning? Recently, I have come to like traditional Japanese breakfasts. Rice, miso soup, and grilled fish. A breakfast of bread and coffee is also delicious, but eating Japanese food makes my body feel energetic. I have some time on the weekends, so I cook for myself. I especially enjoy making miso soup. I put whatever vegetables I have in the refrigerator into it. A Japanese breakfast takes a little bit of effort, but I want to continue doing it for the sake of my health.
