日本で一番(いちばん)人気(にんき)がある料理(りょうり)は何(なに)でしょうか。いろいろありますが、私はカレーライスが大好きです。家(いえ)で作(つく)るカレーもいいですが、お店(みせ)のカレーもおいしいですね。

野菜をたくさん入れて、少し辛くするのが私の作(つく)り方(かた)です。次(つぎ)の日(ひ)のカレーは味(あじ)がもっと深(ふか)くなって、さらにおいしくなります。だから、いつも多(おお)めに作ります。

What is the most popular dish in Japan? There are many, but I love curry rice. Curry made at home is good, but restaurant curry is also delicious. My way of making it is to put in lots of vegetables and make it a little spicy. The next day's curry has a deeper flavor and becomes even more delicious. That is why I always make a large amount.
