料(りょう)理(り)を作(つく)るのは楽しいですが、毎日作るのは大変です。仕事が終わった後、買い物をしてから料理をするのは時(じ)間(かん)がかかります。だから、週(しゅう)末(まつ)にたくさん作って、冷(れい)凍(とう)しておくことにしました。
