Phone calls at the office

わたしは毎日会社(かいしゃ)電話(でんわ)をとります。電話はとても忙しい(いそがしい)です。お客様(おきゃくさま)からたくさん電話があります。名前(なまえ)聞い(きい)て、メモを書きます。

時々(ときどき)日本語(にほんご)難しく(むずかしく)てわかりません。その(とき)は、もう一度(いちど)お願い(おねがい)しますと言います(いいます)仕事(しごと)大変(たいへん)ですが、楽しい(たのしい)です。

Translation

I answer the phone at the company every day. The phone is very busy. There are many calls from customers. I ask for their names and write notes. Sometimes, the Japanese is difficult and I don't understand. At those times, I say 'Please say it one more time.' The work is tough, but it is fun.
