昼休み(ひるやすみ)の過(す)ごし方(かた)

わたしの会社は十二時から一時まで昼休み(ひるやすみ)です。わたしはよく同僚(どうりょう)と会社の近くのレストランへ行(い)きます。パスタやカレーを食(た)べて、いろいろな話(はな)をします。

午後(ごご)の仕事のために、少し休(やす)むことはとても大切(たいせつ)です。時々(ときどき)、公園(こうえん)を散歩(さんぽ)します。午後はまた頑張(がんば)ります。

Translation

My company's lunch break is from 12:00 to 1:00. I often go to a restaurant near the company with my colleagues. We eat pasta or curry and talk about various things. For the afternoon work, resting a little is very important. Sometimes, I take a walk in the park. I will do my best again in the afternoon.
