私(わたし)のお昼(ひる)ごはん

私(わたし)は毎日、会社でお昼(ひる)ごはんを食(た)べます。お弁当(べんとう)を持っていくことが多いです。お弁当の中身(なかみ)は、卵焼(たまごや)きと、ご飯(ごはん)と、野菜(やさい)です。

時々、近くの食(た)堂へ行(い)きます。そこでは、安(やす)くておいしいカレーライスが食べられます。午後(ごご)の仕事(しごと)のために、たくさん食べます。

Translation

I eat lunch at work every day. I often bring a bento box. Inside the bento, there is a rolled omelet, rice, and vegetables. Sometimes, I go to a nearby cafeteria. There, I can eat cheap and delicious curry rice. I eat a lot for my afternoon work.
