結 (tie) + 構 (structure) — "well put together," hence splendid or "that's plenty."

• お茶はもう結構です。

  おちゃはもうけっこうです。

  No more tea, thank you — I've had enough.

• このレストランは結構おいしいですよ。

  このレストランはけっこうおいしいですよ。

  This restaurant is quite good.

Usage

As もう結構です it politely declines an offer; also an adverb meaning "quite/fairly."
